Over the past two decades, Pontiac Flying Service has grown into the most capable and trusted full-service fixed-based operator (FBO) in Central Illinois. We offer a wide array of services provided by industry experts in agriculture and aviation, including amenities at the Pontiac Municipal Airport.
Courtesy Car
A Pontiac Grand Prix courtesy car is available for in-town travel with proof of a valid driver’s license. A printed copy of the license will be kept until the vehicle is returned. For car rentals for out of town travel, contact our friends at Driscoll Motors in Pontiac.
Fuel Service
Fuel service is available upon request. 100LL and Jet A fuel are stocked on-site.
Pilot’s Lounge
The Pilot’s Lounge is a comfortable place for pilots to relax, connect with loved ones, get a snack and get updates on the weather. The lounge includes telephone access, pop and candy bars, a refrigerator, whiteboards, comfortable furniture, and plenty of room to unwind and recharge before takeoff.

Aircraft Maintenance
Pontiac Flying Service Co-Owner and licensed A&P/IA mechanic Scott Petersen has spent over 25 years repairing and servicing airplanes, and serves as our lead mechanic.
